Delivery

Every watch is sent securely, fully insured and tracked, with a signature required on delivery.

UK delivery

Watches are sent by a fully insured, tracked next-working-day service once payment has cleared. We'll confirm the dispatch date with you and send tracking details as soon as your watch is on its way.

Deliveries need a signature, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. For security, we may only deliver to the billing address of the payment card, or to an address we have verified with you.

Packaging

Watches are packed discreetly in plain outer packaging, with no reference to the contents or to Crown & Coast on the outside.

Collection

You're welcome to collect your watch in person in the Plymouth area by prior appointment. Please get in touch to arrange a convenient time.

International delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only. If you're based outside the UK, please contact us and we'll let you know whether we can help.

On arrival

Please check your parcel is sealed and undamaged before signing. If the packaging appears tampered with, note this when signing and contact us straight away at info@crownandcoast.co.uk.
